Requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Commitment and desire to learn a trade through work experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Able to lift and carry, with proper equipment, up to 100 lbs
- Able to work any day, including weekends
- Able to drive, with proper training, Company vehicles including but not limited to forklifts and vans
- Able to use, with training, required tools and equipment to prepare and install flooring materials
- Able to follow written and oral instructions
- Able to climb stairs
- Able to kneel for extended periods of time
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness and ability to perform all required duties and additional duties as needed.
Work Hours: 6:30 am to completion of job. This is a non-exempt position.
