Aloha:
WE are long distance owners of a Condo at Beach Villas in KoOlina
From the first time we met with Maureen about a year ago until the carpet was installed last week the whole process was always to meet our needs and time line.
Mo was great and when the three installers, Danny, Alan and Josh showed up the usual problems and concerns we thought may be were all non existent. the three guys were not only easy to work with and did professional work but were personable and engaging to help myself and my wife move back a few of the heavy pieces which was not in their contract and as 80' yr olds this was very special.
Well Done!!!!!!!!!!!

I am very pleased with my new floor that was recently installed in our home. Richelle and Michael were extremely effective working with me on my budget and my timeframe. Everyone from the sales team, to the measure person , to the installation crew were great! The installation crew, lead by Aris and Dion, were professional and polite, They seemed to truly enjoy their job along with their crew members, Amel, Shayden,Ryder and Del.
Thank you for a great experience to everyone at American Floor and Home!

Friendly professional and did a great job.
Highly recommend Kapolei store for flooring upgrades. Burt, Sheyden, Fusi and Ed are very professional and proficient. It only took less than three days to upgrade two rooms in my home. Burt and Sheyden are very meticulous and provided exceptional customer service satisfaction. Their craftsmanship was accomplished with perfection!
We had a great experience with American Home and Carpet in Kapolei. We worked with Maureen, and she was wonderful to work with from beginning to end. She was friendly, professional, and always made us feel like we were in good hands.
We had engineered wood flooring and molding installed, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. The installation was done on schedule, and the crew was professional, courteous, and easy to work with. They also moved all of our furniture and cleaned everything up when they were finished, which made the whole process so much easier.
The best part was that we were actually out of town while the installation was being done. It was a little nerve-racking leaving such a big project while we were away, but Maureen and the team made the whole experience completely stress-free. Everything was done just as promised, and we came home to beautiful new floors!
We’re very happy with the quality of the work and the service we received. I would definitely recommend Maureen and the American Home and Carpet team in Kapolei to anyone looking for new flooring. Great experience all around!

A big mahalo to Nolan and the entire team for a job well done on our flooring installation!
Nolan, thank you for leading the project and making sure everything came together so smoothly. And a special thank you to Pono, Ronel, Chris M, and Rob for all your hard work, attention to detail, and teamwork.
We truly appreciate the time, effort, and pride you all put into the job. The flooring looks great, and we couldn’t be happier with the finished result.
Finally, this project couldn’t have happened without our client advisor David “DJ” Sur. His guidance and patience throughout made us feel that we had selected the right company to handle this major investment.
Thank you again to everyone for a fantastic job!!!
