Highly recommend Kapolei store for flooring upgrades. Burt, Sheyden, Fusi and Ed are very professional and proficient. It only took less than three days to upgrade two rooms in my home. Burt and Sheyden are very meticulous and provided exceptional customer service satisfaction. Their craftsmanship was accomplished with perfection!
We had a great experience with American Home and Carpet in Kapolei. We worked with Maureen, and she was wonderful to work with from beginning to end. She was friendly, professional, and always made us feel like we were in good hands.
We had engineered wood flooring and molding installed, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. The installation was done on schedule, and the crew was professional, courteous, and easy to work with. They also moved all of our furniture and cleaned everything up when they were finished, which made the whole process so much easier.
The best part was that we were actually out of town while the installation was being done. It was a little nerve-racking leaving such a big project while we were away, but Maureen and the team made the whole experience completely stress-free. Everything was done just as promised, and we came home to beautiful new floors!
We’re very happy with the quality of the work and the service we received. I would definitely recommend Maureen and the American Home and Carpet team in Kapolei to anyone looking for new flooring. Great experience all around!
